Zoll AED
The Zoll AED is designed to help the person resuscitating the victim. Not everybody is fully trained and aware of how to use an automatic external defibrillator, or how to do CPR. Nobody should use one without that basic training, but the fact is, not everybody is always fully prepared for the emergency when it happens. When somebody is in cardiac arrest, an automatic external defibrillator must be used in conjunction with CPR. Just one or the other would not be enough to resuscitate a victim of sudden cardiac arrest. But many people aren’t necessarily trained in the proper CPR methods. The makers of this device are aware of this as an issue, and they have designed an automatic external defibrillator that can aid the person who is providing the aid. If you aren’t pushing hard enough, it’ll tell you to push harder. If you are pushing hard enough, then it will tell you that you have good compressions. If you haven’t started, or if you have stopped, it will tell you how and when to begin again. It also comes with a full diagram of how to use the AED, where to place the pads, and what to do to resuscitate the victim. The Zoll AED is a light machine with a handle to make it easy to move and transport. Anybody can use this device, and it is slim enough to be easily stored in an accessible yet out of the way place.
